Purpose:   The Scheduling Module provides fabrication and installation, Work In Progress [WIP] spreadsheets that track stages of production.   The WIPs then merge with a fabrication and installation calendar with the simple press of a button.   Daily Happenings Reports keep your team informed of current fabrication timelines and daily project completions.

Scheduling Module

The Scheduling Module will help you set fabrication timelines and track manufacturing capacity.   Utilizing the color-coded Work in Progress [WIP] tells everyone involved in the project exactly what the project is, and when it must be completed.

This module includes:
  • Work In Progress [WIP] spreadsheets
  • Calendars that are automatically filled-in
    with WIP due dates
  • Happenings Report

Happenings Report

"Is my sign going up tomorrow?" Do you hear this several times a day from your sales people? The Happenings Report is an email report sent daily to your staff as an update on all projects that were installed yesterday, that are being installed today and that will be installed tomorrow. It also apprises your staff of current fabrication timelines.
