Refunds

SignTracker offers a one-time, free 30-day trial on all new accounts (Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3). If you keep your account open past the 30-day trial period, you'll be charged for your Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 of service - determined by sold projects.

If you cancel your subscription before the free 30-day trial expires, you won’t be charged. However, if you decide to subscribe to SignTracker at a later time, you will only be eligible for a paid SignTracker Account.

If you cancel your paid account after your free 30-day trial expires, you will be charged for a full month of service. You will have access to the system until the last day of that billing period.

SignTracker subscriptions are paid at the beginning of each month. If you cancel your paid account before the end of any given month, you will be charged for a full month of service and there is no prorated refund available. However, your SignTracker account will remain active until the last day of the billing period in which you cancel your subscription.

If we are unable to process your monthly subscription payment to SignTracker for any reason, you will be notified and given a 10 day grace period to update your payment information.

How do I cancel my account?

You must notify Sign Tracker either by email support@sign-tracker.com or by calling 866-925-5527 x2. You must allow 24 hours (Monday through Friday) to process your cancellation.
